You may still experience some delay (1-2 minutes) before the first page appears with this version. Subsequent pages may also experience some delay as the document is progressively downloaded to your computer. Once the entire document has been transferred to your system, viewing pages will no longer result in delays as you move through the document.

If your computer utilizes a newer browser version, or your computer is set up to show a pdf directly in Acrobat Reader, then it may be possible for you to save the document for future reading and referral.
